Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping details. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and save addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled until payment has been verified and the order has moved to processing.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC). Payment instructions are provided after you place your order.
When is my order processed?
Orders remain in Pending Payment until payment has been received and verified. Once verified, the order moves to processing and you will be notified by email.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Tracking details are added to your order and emailed once your package ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free; a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
Documentation
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Batch documentation is organized in the COA Library and linked from each product page under the Documentation tab, where available.
How do I match a document to my vial?
Each product label carries a batch number. Use the batch number to find the matching document in the COA Library.

Are your products for human use?
