About This Piece
A magnificent example of American iron craftsmanship at its peak. This 1968 York Barbell Olympic set features the iconic York chrome knurl, original black enamel plates with York's classic starburst logo, and a 7-foot Olympic bar in exceptional condition for its age. The bar still has excellent spin thanks to the original bushing system. All plates are original, matching, and display the beautiful raised lettering of the era. A true collector's centerpiece — this set spent its first 30 years in a private home gym and shows only light surface wear.
